YUUUM!

Dinner tonight was perfectly satisfying. I had a cook out sort of lunch at a friend’s, then when I got home my mom and I went out shopping, then I had to go out again on my own because she didn’t wanna go all the way out to Walmart. By the time I got home I was seriously wiped. Headachey, tired, and all sorts of grumpy. I do not do well when I don’t get to at least snack for hours at a time. Also didn’t have a water bottle on me while I was out, so that didn’t help either. BUT! When I got home, I made it up to my body. Had a cup of blueberry coffee with a packet of Truvia, which helped me regain my ability to function as a human being. Then I made a most delicious sandwich; I filled a piece of multigrain pocket bread with a mixture of roasted red pepper hummus, spinach, tomato chunks, and broccoli. I was a little afraid it wouldn’t mix together too well, but oh my gossssshhhhhh. It was SO good. Seriously, perfect after this long day.

My belly is full, the grocery shoppin’ is done, and I’ve got the rest of the night to myself. I’m happy! :)

Oh, you know,

just satisfied my craving for some sort of awful chocolatey dessert with a sliced up banana, half a tablespoon of peanut butter and a tablespoon sugar-free Hershey chocolate syrup.

And now I’m full, happy, and my craving is GONE!

…’kay sorry. Just really proud of myself. :’) Disaster avoided!
